Rachelle Williams is a food technologist who specialises in food safety and quality systems for small businesses and community groups. Her focus is on assisting people and businesses in understanding and implementing required food safety through tailored programs, speaking and training.
She holds; a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Technology), Certificate IV (Training and Assessment), a Graduate Diploma (Management), Commissioner of Declarations and is a Lead Auditor (Quality Systems).
21 years experience in the Hospitality industry, working with Sheraton, Hyatt and Marriott Hotel chains both in Australia and Indonesia.
