Nick just showed me the initial draft of the first in a series of wine appreciation articles and videos - absolute WOW!!

Chris Barlow has joined us and is lending his vast expertise to the series. Now, I like the occasional drop of red but know zero/zip/nada about what a good wine is or isn't. Chris literally had me glued to the video - he's brilliant with wine and the video certainly won't disappoint. Tracking these videos for any of you budding waiters or, even, those that like a drop wine will be a must.
