
Rachelle Williams is a food technologist who specialises in food safety and quality systems for small businesses and community groups. Her focus is on assisting people and businesses in understanding and implementing required food safety through tailored programs, speaking and training.
She holds; a Bachelor of Applied Science (Food Technology), Certificate IV (Training and Assessment), a Graduate Diploma (Management), Commissioner of Declarations and is a Lead Auditor (Quality Systems).
Rachelle is a Fellow of the Australian Organization of Quality Inc., a Professional Member of the Australian Institute of Food Science and Technology Inc, an Affiliate Member of the National Speakers Association of Australia, and a member of the Food Safety Information Council.
She is a director of, AnYi Pty Ltd, and a casual teacher with Blue Print Career Development and Metropolitan South Institute of TAFE. Rachelle is also the author of a series of food safety related eBooks, including topics about Allergen, Temperature and Supplier Control.
She has also written a Food Safety Supervisors Course that incorporates all seven of the units of competency required over all the food business categories in Queensland. This course provides the competent student with an ability to be able to move between business types and be recognised as a Food Safety Supervisor in them all.
Rachelle has worked for several well known companies, including; Inghams, Arnotts Biscuits, Sanitarium, Sizzler, Harvest Freshcuts, Merlo Coffee, St Andrews War Memorial Hospital, and SPAR Australia. She has also worked for a sauce company in Singapore.
